UC Santa Barbara Researcher Says There’s More Than Drought Behind Massive Number Of Tree Deaths In California

You’ve heard reports for the last few months that 12 million trees in California have died, with the drought to blame for it.

But, scientists with a UC Santa Barbara based researcher center say it isn’t that simple, with other major factors like heat and insects involved.

KCLU’s Lance Orozco talks with one of the researchers involved with a new study of the issue.
