Crews Put Rock Netting On PCH Near Mugu Rock To Try To Prevent Rockslide Damage

It was perhaps one of the most spectacular highway closures on the South Coast in recent memory.

A section of the Pacific Coast Highway in Ventura County was shut down on and off throughout the day yesterday, so a rock climbing crew could cover a rugged mountainside with rock netting to protect the highway.
