Around the clock cleanup operations are now underway for Tuesday’s major oil pipeline rupture in Santa Barbara County.
Officials now say it may have resulted in a more than 100,000 gallon spill, with possibly 21,000 gallons of oil flowing from the inland pipeline site into the ocean. Governor Jerry Brown has declared a state of emergency for Santa Barbara County.
KCLU’s Lance Orozco has the latest, from Refugio State Beach.
