Resurfacing Work Will Means Closure Of Some Highway 101 Lanes On The Central Coast This Week

Posted on Monday, July 7, 2014 12:25am

A project to improve the surface of a section of Highway 101 on the Central Coast is going to mean some lane closures during the overnight hours through this Friday.

A contractor is going to do pavement preservation work on parts of the 101 in the Santa Maria area.

Some lanes will be closed from 8 p.m., to 6 a.m. this week in both directions  of the 101 from Santa Maria Way, to the Santa Maria River Bridge.

Minor delays are possible, but Caltrans officials say they should run ten minutes at most.
