Former Camp Director In Santa Barbara County Arrested On Molestation Charge

A former camp director in Santa Barbara County has been arrested on charges that he molested one of the campers in 2005.

Ronald Williams was arrested on Honolulu, Hawaii, where he now lives on a charge of molesting a minor.  Investigators say the now 35 year old man had been director of the San Marcos Christian Camp.

Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s detectives, along with Los Angeles County Sheriff’s detectives began an investigation after the now adult victim came forward with allegations he had been molested as a 10 year old.

Detectives say they are concerned that there may be additional victims.
