Ventura County Loses Court Fight Over Efforts To Limit Types Of Mail To County Jail Inmates

Posted on Tuesday, June 3, 2014 12:31am

KCLU’s Lance Orozco reports that a federal judge overturned the county’s postcard rule, and now the county has to decide whether it will appeal.
