Military Helping To Build Facilities At National Disaster Search Dog Foundation Training Center Near Santa Paula

Army, and Navy units are spearheading a unique construction project in a remote Ventura County canyon.

They are helping to build key props for a national training center for search dog teams.

KCLU’s Lance Orozco reports it’s a collaboration which is helping military units train, while improving America’s preparedness to deal with disasters like earthquakes, and tornadoes.
