Two Hurt When Horse Drawn Carriage Overturns On Central Coast

Posted on Tuesday, April 15, 2014 4:40pm

Two people were injured when a horse drawn carriage overturned on the Central Coast.

It happened just before 2 p.m., on a ranch near Zaca Station Road in the Santa Ynez valley.

The CHP says for some unknown reason, the horses became scared, and bolted, and the driver couldn’t control them.

The carriage overturned, throwing both of the men on board to the ground.
