Registered Sex Offender Arrested For Indecent Exposure Incidents In Ventura County

Posted on Monday, March 31, 2014 12:03am

A man authorities say is a registered sex offender has been arrested for a pair of indecent exposure incidents at some Ventura County shopping centers.

The Ventura County Sheriff’s Department has been investigating two separate indecent exposure cases on March 6th, one at the Carmen Plaza in Camarillo, and the second at the Camarillo Premium Outlets.

Witnesses working with a sketch artist came up with a drawing which resembled a registered sex offender on the Megan’s Law website for the county.  Detectives say they then located, and arrested Scott Christopher Wood of Thousand Oaks for the indecent exposure incidents.
