UCSB Police Release Sketches Of Two Suspects In Beating, Sexual Assault Of Student

Posted on Thursday, February 27, 2014 11:29am

UC Santa Barbara Police have released sketches of two suspects in the brutal beating, and sexual assault of a female student, in an effort to identify them.

Yesterday, police say they identified a remote area of the campus where they think the attack happened, and recovered potential evidence left by the victim, and the suspects.  Because the victim was still in shock, she was initially fuzzy on where the attack occurred.

The 19 year old woman was attacked early Sunday morning by what detectives say was a group of Asian men.  Wanted flyers distributed at UCSB, and in Isla Vista show two Asian men in their early 20′s, one tall with a thin build, and the other short, with a medium build, and who was possibly wearing a red shirt Sunday night.
