Morro Bay Implements Some Of The Toughest Water Use Restrictions On Central Coast

In the face of the drought, one Central Coast City has announced the implementation of some of the toughest water use restrictions in the region.

The City of Morro Bay will now only allow irrigation of landscaping for public, and private landscaping two days a week.

Odd numbered property addresses can irrigate on Tuesday, and Saturdays, and even numbered address in the city are restricted to watering on Wednesdays, and Sundays.

Using hoses to washes down boats, docks, or vehicles is prohibited.

And, restaurants in the City of Morro Bay will only provide water at tables unless requested.
