Investigators say the 70 year old victim had entrusted Julietta Quinones of Port Hueneme with making his monthly mortgage payments, but allege she instead used the blank checks to pay her personal expenses.  The 35 year old woman could face more than four years in state prison if convicted of the latest charges.
