Women Accused Of Embezzling Hundreds Of Thousands Of Dollars From Ventura County Homeowners Association

The Ventura County Sheriff’s Department arrested two women on charges they embezzled about $900,000 from a homeowners association in Simi Valley.

Detectives arrested Kristin Davis, the owner and CED of Paradigm Management Group, and her Chief Financial Officer, Melissa Hoff-Soloman-Ramsey.  Davis is from Solana Beach, and Hoff-Soloman-Ramsey from Agoura Hills. Hoff-Soloman-Ramsey pled not guilty in court to the charges she ‘s facing.

Investigators say the two used several schemes to systematically steal money from the Big Sky Homeowners Association before the crimes were detected.  They say the two women may be involved in additional thefts from other homeowners groups in Ventura, and Orange Counties.
