2013 Camarillo Airshow Features Aviation Legend

Posted on Friday, August 16, 2013 12:09am

From modern military planes, to 1930’s era airliners, the skies above Ventura County are going to be filled with unusual aircraft this weekend.

Planes are already arriving for the “Wings Over Camarillo” airshow at Camarillo Airport Saturday, and Sunday.

One of those taking part in this year’s show is a Southern California flying icon, a man who’s been a pilot for nearly 70 years, and set 29 world speed records.

KCLU’s Lance Orozco talks with aviation legend Clay Lacy.
