Exhibition On Lincoln In Ventura County Tops 100,000 Visitors

An exhibition in Ventura County featuring some of the historic artifacts from the life of Abraham Lincoln has attracted more than 100,000 visitors, making it one of the most viewed exhibits in the history of the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library.

Lincoln: The Exhibition opened in Simi Valley June 1st.  It features items like one of his stovepipe hats, some of his early childhood writings, a copy of the Emancipation Proclamation signed by Lincoln, and the pillow used by the President as he died.

It also features sets, and props from the Academy Award winning movie “Lincoln.”

The exhibition runs through September 30th in Simi Valley.
