Santa Barbara County lost its fight to keep a man labeled as a sexually violent predator
from being released in the county.
Tibor Karsai was released from a state mental hospital, and is now in Santa Barbara County.
Because there was no place to properly house the offender, he’s going to be living in an RV in a remote area of the county, under 24 hour guard.
KCLU’s Lance Orozco has more on the controversial release.
