Campaign Underway To Restore Dilapidated Public Artwork On South Coast Created By Internationally Known Artist

Posted on Friday, July 20, 2012 12:53am

It was controversial when it was first built, but a massive piece of public art on the South Coast has become a part of the landscape over the last two decades.

Rain, sun, and ocean air have combined to damage the series of arches which make up the more than 20 foot tall artwork.

KCLU’s Lance Orozco gives us a look at a campaign to restore the sculpture by an internationally known artist.
