Authorities say a drug lab has been discovered at the scene of an explosion, and fire at a Ventura apartment complex which left a teenager with serious burns.
The incident was reported just before six last night, in an eight unit apartment building on the 700 block of South Hill Road.

A 17 year old boy suffered second degree burns on his hands, and face.
Ventura Police on the scene say they noted evidence of a possible drug lab, and after getting a warrant, say they found a marijuana to has extraction lab, as well as drug paraphernalia.
