Dozen Ventura County High School Seniors Share $50,000 in Scholarships From Reagan Foundation

A dozen high school seniors in Ventura County are sharing $50,000 in scholarships presented to them by the Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation in Simi Valley this week.

The Foundation gives out the scholarships annually to students it believes show leadership qualities, and strong character in high school.

The 12 students were from nine public, and private high schools in the county, and received scholarships in amounts ranging from $2,000, to $10,000.
