Staff Sergeant Andrew Britton-Mihalo, along with a translator were shot to death, and three others were wounded by an

Afghan soldier on an Army base in Kandahar April 25th. Others opened fire, and killed the attacker.

Britton-Mihalo’s wife told WEAR television in Pensacola, Florida that he will be buried at Arlington later this month.

The 25 year old had lived in Simi Valley, and graduated from Royal High School before joining the service. He had only been married to his wife, Army Sergeant Jesse Britton, for four months.

She told the television station that her husband’s death hasn’t changed her mind about serving in the military, and that he was proud to serve his country.
