UCSB Researcher Helps With Unmanned Space Mission Which Helps Answer Questions About The Planet Mercury

A U.C. Santa Barbara researcher involved with the study of the planet Mercury says the first space probe to orbit the planet is providing us with important new information.

Dr. Stanton Peale has been involved in key research about the mysterious planet, which hasn’t received the same scientific focus as some of the other planets in our solar system.

KCLU’s Lance Orozco talks with Peale, who devised a procedure used in one of the key aspects of studying the planet’s core.
