Ventura County Man Arrested For What Detectives Call Gang Related Double Murders in North Hollywood

Posted on Saturday, February 11, 2012 12:51am

A Ventura County man is now behind bars in connection with a double murder in the San Fernando Valley.

Greg Edmond of Simi Valley is one of two people arrested this week for the fatal shootings of two men last August at North Hollywood party.

Los Angeles Police detectives believe the slayings of Deon Bastian of Fontana, and Wilson Pierre, of Los Angeles were gang related.  They think members of rival gangs clashed at the party.

Investigators arrested Edmond at a Simi Valley home, and took the other suspect, Telvin Breaux, into custody in Los Angeles.

Authorities say the two men arrested for the killings are gang members.
