Posted on Monday, February 6, 2012 12:23am

Three Oxnard men are facing possession of stolen property, and conspiracy charges, after they were caught with more than $10,000 worth of items reported missing from Cal State Channel Islands.

Oxnard Police were called to the area of A Street and Palm Drive around one p.m. Saturday, by reports three men were trying to sell what a witness thought might be stolen merchandise.

Officers stopped a car trying to flee the area, leading to the recovery of computers, power tools, landscaping equipment, and other items reported missing from the university over the last four years.

Police say they arrested 30 year old David Carmona, 26 year old Anthony Meza, and 26 year old Christopher Rosendo.
