Two Arrested For Home Invasion Robbery In Ventura Which Seriously Injures Couple

Authorities say they’ve arrested two men for a home invasion robbery in Ventura which sent a couple to the hospital with serious wounds.

It happened just after 7 Sunday night, at a home on the 1000 block of Britten Lane in Ventura.  Detectives say two or more people entered the home to try to rob the couple who lived there.  The two victims were shot during a struggle.  Police identified the victims as 23 year old Cody Allen, and 21 year old Amanda Decoste.

Detectives say they identified two Ventura men as suspects in the attack.  On Monday, they arrested 22 year old Kenneth Holland, and 20 year old Chad Loera at a home on the 100 block of West Prospect Street, in Ventura.  The two are facing attempted murder, and attempted robbery charges.
