A storm system which dumped up to around an inch and a half of rain in parts of Ventura, and Santa Barbara Counties and slowed the morning commute is clearing the region.
No serious flooding, or major road closure were reported as a result of the storm.
The system dumped about an inch of rain in Santa Barbara, just over an inch in Montecito, and an inch and a half on San Marcos Pass.
In Ventura County, Ventura had about one point two inches of rain, Oxnard just over eight tenths, and Saticoy one point four inches.
We could see showers, and thunderstorms in our local mountain areas through midday tomorrow.
The snow level is expected to drop to around 5500 feet overnight.
